No one else can tell you how you feel. Your sense of wellbeing is completely subjective - it's your experience.

Wellbeing has been described as 'how people feel and how they function, both on a personal and social level, and how they evaluate their lives as a whole'.

Dr Martin Seligman, the founder of Positive Psychology and Positive Education, has conducted extensive research providing evidence that a person's sense of wellbeing is a strong determinant towards their 'success' in life. Resilience (your ability to bounce back from adversity and thrive) and wellbeing are also deeply interconnected.
