You Will Need

To complete your course you should have:

  • 20 minutes here per day
  • A blank journal or notebook or device (iPad, iPhone, Laptop)
  • Access to a printer
  • An open mind and the determination to make some changes

What is a Wellbeing Journal - simply a place where you can write anything to do with this course. It should only take a few minutes each day.

Why keep this journal - taking notes encourages you to reflect on what you've learnt. Writing or typing the actions deepens the learning. It is a way to hold yourself accountable to implementing the new strategies. After some time, your journal will provide reference to where you were at in the past, and how far you've come.
